Policies and Frequently Asked Questions

After placing your order at least 6 hours to consumption time, our chef swings into action. They begin preparing it immediately.

We do everything we can to get your food delivered as quickly as possible within the stipulated time. On days such as festive periods, city event days with huge traffic etc. We simply add more time to our EDT (expected delivery time).

If your order seems to be taking a long time, simply chat up our rep via the website or send us a quick whatsapp message for an update.

It is really easy, as easy as putting food in your mouth:

1. Fill in your Location, Name and Email.  This helps us keep a delivery agent ready for you.
2. Choose what you would like:

Option A: Pick a meal from our menu and share via whatsapp

Option B: Pick your meal from our website and pay

Option C: Fill the order form on our homepage

Option D: Select your menu from our instgram page. 

3.Payment: Make payment into our Account numbers displayed and share payment receipt. 
Then sit back, relax, and we’ll get your food delivered in no time.

For Bulk Meals: Once you pay for a bulk meal preparation, cancelations are NOT allowed as the preparations that go into this costs time and efforts. 

For Quick Buys: Cancelations are allowed within the first 10 minutes of placing an order with 5% of total amount deducted before sending back funds. 

With regards to any refund of a payment you have made online, please contact us via whatsapp with your name and a screenshot of payment receipt.

If your order is over N6,000 and above, your meal will be delivered for free to any of these locations (Banana Island, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki and Ajah). 

Our dispatch riders who arrive at the customer location expect the customers to be available  to  pick up their meal (not bulk meal) orders. In a situation where the customers are not available to pick up their orders, our dispatch rider will leave after having waited for 10 minutes.  Any request to return the food after 15 minutes will attract a new delivery charge and should the customer decide to cancel the order, we will refund their money after deducting our delivery charge. 

We charge a flat N2,500 for deliveries. For client’s with food purchases over N6,000, they get free delivery to their destination.

After you place your order, it is sent immediately to the Ahmazing kitchen, which starts preparing it without any delay. The kitchen does everything to process your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the amount of orders, or drivers get stuck in heavy traffic a delay may be experienced.

No Worries! If the amount of time you’ve waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time, you may please contact us via whatsapp. You will a receive an SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

We currently serve the Lagos Island area of Lagos State. For customers residing at Lagos Mainland, we will deliver to you with a Free 1K voucher that takes away a cost of the delivery fee you need to pay.

In order to provide all customers with a great selection and to ensure on-time delivery of your meal, we request you to order bulk quantity at least 24 hours in advance.

We only process Orders that we have received payments for.
